1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "vip bed", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the https://vipbed.cam website and its mobile application. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on the vip bed platform or is using the service.

2 Membership and Eligibility Requirements

2. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is against the platform's policy and may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Verification

vip bed reserves the right to verify the identity (KYC) of every account. As part of verification, a member may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method.

If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended. If the information provided is found to be false or fraudulent, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — for each method.
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will be held if account verification is not completed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, vip bed may temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vip bed offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Please read the following bonus terms carefully:

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; wagering required is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.
• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• vip bed reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to circumvent bonus terms, both the account and the bonus may be cancelled.

6 VIP Program Terms

vip bed's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. It is possible to move to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip bed platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Fraud, cheating or exploiting technical errors.
• Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Use of automated software, bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Collecting other members' personal information or attempting to access their accounts without permission.
• Intimidating or threatening platform staff.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

How a member's personal information is collected, stored and used is explained in detail in vip bed's Privacy Policy. By creating an account, the member also consents to that policy.

vip bed uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Members' information is not sold or transferred to third parties, except where required by legal obligation.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

12 Service Suspension and Account Closure

vip bed may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

If there is a valid balance before account closure and no rules have been violated, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

13 Limitation of Liability

vip bed provides its service on an "as is" basis. vip bed is not financially liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connectivity issues.

It is assumed that the member participates in betting and gaming activities of their own free will and is aware of the risk of potential financial loss. Any financial decisions related to gaming are entirely the member's own responsibility.

14 Right to Amend Terms

vip bed reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

15 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between vip bed and the member. Any prior informal understanding, whether verbal or written, is replaced by this document.
